Replacing an inverter battery that has failed early
If your last battery did not last, it is worth finding out why before buying another one. The usual causes are a charger setting that overcharges and dries the battery out, running the battery flat repeatedly, water levels never topped up, or a battery that was undersized for the load from day one. We check the inverter's charging output as part of a replacement so the new battery is not walking into the same problem.
